Will always try to make sure that the prices on the website is accurate. GeoDomeX is not responsible for any damage to the site on which the products are installed and this shall be solely the customer's responsibility. It is recommended that the customer assesses their site's individual requirements before proceeding with anchoring, including ensuring that there is no underground media such as water pipes, gas pipes, or electrical cables that could be damaged if screwed into. The customer assumes all risks associated with installation, including any damage that may occur to the site or surrounding area during installation or use.


Please note that GeoDomeX products are intended as temporary structures and may not necessarily safeguard fully against extreme weather conditions. While we take great care to ensure the quality and durability of our products, we accept no claims, liability or responsibility for any damages or losses that may arise due to extreme weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances. Customers should take appropriate measures to ensure the safety and stability of their GeoDomeX structures, including proper anchoring and maintenance, and should not rely solely on the structure to protect against weather conditions.


While GeoDomeX panels are designed with a UV protective coating to prevent effects of sun exposure, some natural yellowing over a number of years is a normal occurrence and is not indicative of a defect in material or workmanship. We recommend adhering to our care and maintenance guidelines to preserve the longevity and aesthetic appeal of your GeoDomeX product.



GeoDomeX is not responsible for any loss of or damage caused to the products, including during installation and setup. The customer assumes full responsibility for any damages that may occur, and is advised to obtain insurance coverage for the products.



It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the safety and security of any items placed or stored inside GeoDomeX. GeoDomeX assumes no liability or responsibility for any loss or damage caused to items placed or stored inside the product.

No liability is accepted for delays or non-performance of the products due to force majeure, act of God, the requirement of any statutory authority, fire, accident, industrial dispute, your failure to obtain any necessary permissions or licences or anything deemed to be beyond our reasonable control.

FORCE MAJEURE While every effort will be made by the GeoDomeX to carry out any order accepted the full the performance of it is subject to variation or cancellation by the GeoDomeX consequent upon Act of God, War, Strikes, Riots or Lockouts or any other disturbances. Fire, Flood, Storm, Gale or Tempest restrictions on the use of Transport, Fuel or Power. Requisitioning Storage of material or transport or labour or any other cause beyond the control of the GeoDomeX.



GeoDomeX shall not be liable for any loss, damage or injury arising out of the use of or failure of the equipment or any defect in them save for the liability in respect of death or personal injury, which arises from our direct negligence.



GeoDomeX accept no liability or responsibility for any indirect or consequential loss or damage or cost due to breakdown, damage or interference of the products.

 Save as provided in these conditions and to the extent that the exclusion or restriction of liability may be prohibited by statute, GeoDomeX will not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury caused, directly or indirectly by the products or their use. Your statutory rights are not affected.
